Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

You may return your Mavericrest within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@mavericrest.shop. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Warranty

Every brass latch, hinge, and bracket is warrantied for 60 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may be submitted by email.
