Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping to the U.S. on every order. Each shipment is insured and tracked within the continental U.S. We also ship to Canada and Mexico; international shipping rates apply.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

Try the Mavericrest for 7 days. If it doesn't earn its place next to your hat, send it back for a full refund. To start a return, email us at hello@mavericrest.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging included. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Warranty

Every brass latch, hinge, and bracket is warrantied for 60 days. If a piece of hardware ever fails under normal use, we repair or replace it. No receipt required, no questions asked.

Warranty claims can be submitted by emailing hello@mavericrest.shop with photos of the issue.
